I believe in constantly making things better. The challenges we face at work are challenges other companies wish they had. We do great things everyday and keep people safe on each job. The number of jobs we perform safely each year as an organization is staggering in its size and scope. I believe we can do more, safer, more efficiently and better. I believe in constantly improving who we are as an organization, as a department, as a team and as a single employee.

One thing our organization can do better is provide greater focus on “soft skills” training. We provide hard skills (ie. How to use a pump, how to vacuum safely, etc), but rarely focus on the soft skills. To provide that soft skill training we’ve turned to an online delivery system we are calling HPC Connect.

I am proud to announce that, as of today, the transaction to acquire CARBER is official and final. This is an exciting and important day for all of us.

Houston, Texas, December 17, 2018 – HPC Industrial, a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CARBER. The acquisition will greatly strengthen HPC Industrial’s specialty mechanical services group in North America.
